Free Estimates

We can give free written estimates on major works, including boiler swaps and new bathroom installations or refurbishments. These estimates are valid for 3 months from the date of the estimation.

Fixed Pricing

Wherever possible, and in most cases, our engineers will provide you with a fixed price to complete the project once we have fully diagnosed the problem. This gives you peace of mind that you know the exact cost of the job and that no hidden or unexpected fees will be added later on.

All prices displayed are operational during normal office hours. Rates may be higher during evenings and weekends. Parking and congestion charge may be added if applicable.
